I also worked with a man named Hillary. I think, in fact, that once upon a time - probably in the 1800s 'Hillary' was not that uncommon a name for men. Another dual name is Gale as in the actor Gale Gordon. Women usually spell it Gail, but sometimes Gale. Another name I've seen for both men and women (and a name I'm kind of partial to) is Morgan.
