Hi,
It happens when the 3rd party Java sets up for a SSL transmission, and it errors saying the transaction is 1 second in the future, haven't got the code so I can't say exactly what it is doing.
The same code works on XP no problem.
I have logged a support call with the 3rd party provider, but their support is terrible, I will hear back from them in the next 3 weeks, sometime, maybe.
