For some kind of reason, your browser seems to be using the old javascript version. To adjust the situation, you may click on Get all messages since the last two weeks, that should give more than the 400 messages thus turning the treeview into a dynamic mode. From there, you should have the same problem. Then, you may right click to refresh the map frame. That should make sure you have the latest javascript version. Then, you may retry and that should work.
