what do you drag to where?

If you like to create a class in a vcx then use the new button on project manager (for example)

If you like to create a scx based on a specific class, then there is a setting somewhere in options.

If you drop a form on any container that is not a formset (on form container page control toolbar) it will fail, because the only container that can hold a form as an object is a formset
