Thanks Sergey. WinClam, TrendMicro HouseCall gave a clean chit. I guess I will have to try another scanner (online as well as local). Surprisingly RegEdit.exe is also disabled for me. Naomi helped giving me a pointer to a .reg file that helps me get back TaskMan but it keeps on getting disabled every so often. There is also a file named 3j5r5e3j6c2.exe that keeps coming back and have to end process to delete it but a reboot and it is back.
