To add info, I had just added the CHINAME and CHINAMEX fields to the Student (MySQL table) which are supposed to contain Chinese name values. The Student MySQL table is in UTF8 encoding and I had just changed the Regional and Language Options / Advanced / Language for non-Unicode Programs settings to Chinese (Taiwan).

Then, when I was updating the CA for this table, to add CHINAME and CHINAMEX to the CursorSchema, UpdatableFieldList, UpdateNameList using the builder, the UpdateNameList won't update properly and seems to either cut short or show weird results!

Could these settings be the culprit?
