I am sorry for your experience. My daughters school (i've mentioned this before) is roughly 45/45 white/black and 10% other. The teenage crime is roughly 20/75 and 5% other. Yet it is not income level. They live in the same neighborhoods and go to the same schools. There is something else at play here but I do not believe it is a 'race' issue. More of an 'attitude' issue.
