>Sorry to hear that. Our girl had her bike stolen when she live in CT, and more recently down here, a bunch of kids stole most of the stuff out of her playhouse in our backyard. We live in a mixed economic neighborhood and we are constantly having to do things to protect things. I have security cameras up now, which at least makes us feel better. Our gang-related neighbors just got evicted yesterday, so that's nice. I know what it's like and we have almost given up caring about anyone in the area other than the couple neighbors we have as friends. I don't like it, but not sure what else to do. I am constantly picking up trash, etc. They will just throw crap out of their parked car or as they are walking home from school. I have found myself muttering things like "F***ing animals!" more times than not. Not sure what to do about it though. We like our house and do not want to move.
For a while I thought that this behavior had a lot to do with "unless you stop telling lies about us, we'll start making them all true", just like happened with my people in the previous decade.
Now I think it's a sort of counterracism - which isn't any better than the original, being only its mirror image. White people robbed us, so now all white people are fair game. OK, if you don't know any better, I don't want to know either.
