Has anyone used any Application frameworks successfully besides M.Mortals. I basically want to make the development experience quick and painless & willing to go for commertial tools.

I am evaluating the following:-

For Web Applications
1) DevExpress eXpressApp Framework [http://www.devexpress.com/Products/NET/Application_Framework/]
2) .netTiers with Codesmith

For CMS websites
1) DotNetNuke
2) Umbraco [www.umbraco.org/]

I am Impressed by, but I'm not sure if it can be customized using .Net
1) TIBCO [www.tibco.com]
2) Spring .NET [http://www.springframework.net] has some link with Tibco

Please give your opinion on ANY Frameworks that you would recommend.
