I am trying to CREATEOBJECTEX from Windows 2000 to 2003 server. I am getting:
The RPS server is unavailable.

If I add 2000 computer's user to a local admin on the 2003 box it works fine. I have tried to impersonate a dcom call with a local admin credentials, did not help.

Any adea?
