Depends.....you can go MAPI or you can, if you have Outlook, open an Outlook session and use OLE Automation......

It was a simple matter of hacking together an address header, attaching the report and parking the file in the post office directory. (the groupwise docs had very clear instructions on how to set this up and what to put in the header). I've also done similar things using UNIX. I've never attempted to do it using WinNT e-mail servers but i would imagine the process is very similar.
