By mistake, I clicked on the "Mark" button below a message I was reading, instead of the "Reply" button. Now I'm getting messages appear in my Agent, which I don't want.
Is there any way to "unMark" a message/thread after having "Marked" it? I didn't see anything in the Help about that. Am I missing something obvious?
