Try this:

SELECT SUM(field2) AS sumf2,SUM(Field3) AS sumf3, (..et al) ;
FROM mytable INTO CURSOR summarytable
INSERT INTO mytable (field2,field3....) VALUES (summarytable.field2,summarytable.field3,...)
