I'm not saying it isn't an issue. Good grief, Utah has huge areas of oil shale. But the governor holds lots of leverage and can stop it from happening there. BTW, Utah's Governor favors developing oil shale for energy use.
>The Governor of Colorado does not accurately represent the entire state. The entire western slope is hoping for oil shale development (other than the greenists). It was an issue even back when I lived there in the 70s and 80s and according to the paper, news, and my relatives and friends, it still is.
