The UT is not even a blip on the MVP radar. The actual measurement is how much community support (msdn forums, user groups, code camps, etc.), writing, teaching, traveling and presenting sessions and talks you do. Bonnie has admitted that she's slipped (for good reason) over the last year and that has hurt her in this regard. I agree that it is not right, but that's the metrics being used right now. She'll be reinstated again once her contribution level reaches the threshold again.
