Thanks for your reply. I have since, solved the issues I was having. The first was that the System.Web.Extensions library has a .NET 2.0 version and a .NET 3.5 version. When trying to compile, I was getting an error as the version I was referencing was the 2.0 version. Adding the proper (.NET 3.5) version solved that problem.

Second, there were problems with tag prefixes in the markup pages that had to be changed. Kevin pointed me to a Telerik support thread which helped solve that problem. (I had to change all occurences of markup pages with Telerik controls to have a prefix of "Telerik:").

So, I am now fully upgraded to MM.NET 3.5 (with Telerik controls) for my web app.
