Sheesh, I just read your message again and noticed it was via remote desktop control. did you lookup WTSDisconnectSession and WTSEnumerateSessions? Do they work with Remote Desktop Control? (I've never tried so I don't know if the TS api will work or not)...
Do any of the calls in wtsapi32 work?
