The world is inter-dependent and hence all central bankers will contribute towards a solution. You cannot have a problem of a such a magnitude in one country, especially if that country is the US, and not have it very negatively impact every other country and is why they will all work together to resolve it. They will resolve it but not before the powers that be all get their pound of flesh financially, politically, or otherwise.
