>Here is a strange. I have an existing financial report that was designed with REPORTENGINE 80 and it works fine. Monthly numbers are presented with a format of 99,999,999.99. After switching to REPORTENGINE 90 with no other changes, the numbers no longer fit in the space allocated. They DO work OK if I stretch the fields but there really is no room for that on the page. Now here's the strange part. Each column in the detail band is followed by a total in the group footer band. The fields in the group footer are identicle to the fields in the detail band (same size & format) except that they are shown with a bold font (same typeface and size) and they are calculated to the sum of the column. The numbers in the footer (which are larger because they are the sum) DO fit in the space allotted.

Try to expand the fields even if they overlap a bit. The problem is expected.

See Re: ***** when Set ReportBehavior 90 Thread #1018419 Message #1018421

and Why do report layouts in VFP9 need wider field/expression controls than in VFP8 and earlier?
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
