I plan to create a new folder (e.g. MYPROJECTVER2) and copy all files and sub-folders from existing project folder MYPROJECTVER1. I think I will need to hack the project file (.PJX/PJT) to make the new project only "see" files in the new folder. What do I need to change in the project file? Any other files in the project I need to change?

Every time I've done this, the first time I open the new project I get "Project has been moved, make xxxxx the new home directory?"

This usually takes care of everything except those items which don't have relative paths, which I wouldn't want to change anyway. Do you not get that message?
