I'll be sure to let them know you see it that way :o) Most of them are my daughter's friends. She cheered with them for years. They start young here - around 5 or 6 years old and continue to cheer up to college usually (if they are still interested and make the team). That's why they are in good shape. Cheering is much more competitive now. It's like a sport and they work out and practice daily.
