The one I saw was about Šešelj (the externally interred leader of Serb Radical Party - i.e. jailed in Sheveningen) fuming about the election results in Serbia, where his party was getting the most votes individually, but as being the rightmost, i.e. borderline fascist, nobody wanted to be their ally and they never really held power in anything larger than a city. And now their results were getting worse...

Most certainly not... except in a way that smoking raises blood pressure (because, once upon a time, there was a smoking ban on school staff meetings, but we'll make a break after an hour; hour and a half passes but there's no break - everyone knows there won't be a quorum after it, as it's already 21:00; so someone of the oldest professors lights one, then another... I was about fifth in line; and then we knew who will ask to speak and would speak about smoking and would raise everybody's pressure).

BTW, the language in that Serbian version of the clip was far worse :).
