Thanks a lot, Tracy. The methods in the article don't seem (from just looking, not testing) to be reliable enough. I thought there should be some direct way, but on the other hand, it may depend on each printer model and there is no generic solution here.

If we set the printer to print double-side (suppose it's possible to set on a printer level - may be using Barbara's class), would printing from Word respect these settings?

Also I tried to quickly to follow your original link, but it doesn't show anything related to Duplex printing.

I looked everywhere from Word and I could not see how to set this printer to print Duplex. It is supposed to have this capability, as I was told.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
