With Biden out there there's ample opportunity for the night to be a comedy of errors on both sides.

>That will be when the numbers tank. I forecast before that Obama will win by a landslide and I still think so. It may start as soon as the VP debate begins...
>
>If it was Hillary debating it would be a draw or she would win. Palin/Biden? Not a chance she won't look a complete fool.

>>They better be giving Sarah Palin some good prepping. So far the few times they have let her open her mouth she has sounded very far from Presidential material. People say Obama is inexperienced, too, but he sounds like he knows what he's talking about. Palin doesn't. She is reportedly making even some Republicans nervous.
>>
>>>This debate was more about neither candidate making a mistake, rather than what they say. The general voting populace, who are just now tuning in, probably won't take much away other than both sound like presidential candidates. To me neither did anything to change any minds
>>>
>>>In addition the structure was awful. Pick a hole! The focus should've remained on the economy for the full 90 minutes.
>>>
>>>Thursday's veep debate appears to have major implications where historically it wouldn't.
>>>
>>>>I think McCain barely won on an even field but he should have trounced Obama in this area and that makes him the loser. He should have better used his encyclopedic knowledge of world affairs to drag Obama out of his comfort zone.
>>>>
>>>>>There are a lot of surveys and pundits out there which show one or the other candidate came out ahead. Look at another survey and you get different results. What actually was interesting though is most polls reflect this statement:
>>>>>
>>>>>More than two-thirds of debate watchers agreed that both McCain and Obama would be able to handle the job of president if elected.

>>>>>I am not surprised most polls show the women polled seem to think Obama had come out on top because he is probably the best speaker of his generation. He is very personable as well. That helped Kennedy and it is helping Obama. I think McCain came across more knowledgeable but Obama came across capable and personable. Bush's speeches have embarrassed this country so much in the past that I think it will be a welcome relief to the majority of this country's citizens to have a President who can eloquently express his views.
