We wind up with 100's of open DataSessions.
Often (usually), they have one or more open databases that won't respond to CLOSE DATABASES [ALL].

Has anyone seen such a dilemma?
What is the cause/solution ?

I've really tried to research this and attempted to resolve the matter on my own, but to no avail.
I'll appreciate any help.
