I agree here. And just as VFP has design problems and much too much legacy code, VB has it's problems as well in different respects.

I guess these are some of the reasons for common DNA components like STORAGE+ and FORMS+. Hopefully, one day there will be a model which will have a long life span sporting incremental change (a model for the model). This will be good for everyone, but I really wonder how good it will be for MS.
