From what I can determine from Omnis, they appear to be SQL database files. Now, from *which* SQL backend, I'm not sure. I'm fairly certain they're not SQL Server or Oracle files...however, I don't have current versions of either MySQL or Pervasive-SQL to see if those would be the backends.
