I did not receive a renewal email as well. I emailed my lead for confirmation yes/no and she emailed back the confirmation that I was renewed. Same may have happened to you. Seems support@mvpaward.com may not be doing a very good job of getting some their congratulations email. In any event, if you did not receive a rejection email it is probably a good sign.
