I didn't watch the first McCain-Obama debate last Friday but read that they both ducked the question, too. This is the #1 worry of Americans right now and I wish they would answer it honestly. If I were running for President, yes, I could and would. If you're asking for my personal opinion, I would propose an across the board budget cut. No one would like that, of course, and it's certainly no way to get elected in this country. A lot of us really do vote like children. Candy for dinner, ice cream for dessert.
