Actually, that is not true that all surveys state that Biden won. The polls depend on who is asked and clearly their party affiliation in some cases :o)

In the CBS poll, of the uncommitted voters, 18% now say they will vote Obama/Biden, 10% now say McCain/Palin.

Some of the polls surprised me (the WSJ for one - I would have thought Bidens would be higher). I think there was a clear consensus that Biden won.
