It also offered a "did you mean" of "Invalid response was returned by the
player."
It also showed results for your phrase, without the quotes.
If you preface the quoted string with a "+" that should force it to show only results that include that exact string i.e.
+"Invalid response was returned by the payer."
In practice this may not give you results that are any different from what you see without the "+" but it's very useful when combining terms. You can also use "-" to force exclusion of results that include a certain word or phrase.
