This is a behavior change in Vista. The "Printer" button is no longer visible in the "Page Setup" dialog. The reason is that there may be printer specific information in the "Page Setup" dialog that can cause a prblem if the printer is changed. Microsoft suggests using the "Print" dialog to set the printer and advanced properties. You can do everything from the "Print" dialog, just click "Apply" and "Cancel" to save your changes without printing.
