I still get this problem at least once a week myself. However, I have not been able to track it down. I can't reproduce it consistently enough to find the real problem

I am working on way to backup code from the REPORTBUILDER.APP to make it easier to restore once it gets hosed. I'll send it over to you when it's ready.
