No Republican woman would be qualified by NYT standards. By the way, man too. McCain made it once, but only because he was not a candidate yet. Obviously, another side has own barriers too. The difference is in details only. Dems put down their opponents as ignorants; Reps - as liars. At the end, a layman makes his choice, unconsciously, by probing inherent mark; what is more important: education or integrity. Please, note that both things cannot co-exist in our bipolar world.
