I don't mean to be dense, but do you mean the version number for an EXE Build?

>Can anyone tell me anything useful about the database version property? I'd like to use it to determine whether the version a client has is that latest, but I can't figure out how to change it. It doesn't seem to get changed automatically so I'd like to know if it's any use whatsoever.
