You might want to investigate what requirements there are in order to get your name on a ballot in any state. The constitution doesn't specify what the requirements are for getting on the ballot, only the requirements to be qualified to be President. That is left to the states. Most states allow for write-in names on the ballots, but not all. The candidates have to register though and pay filing fees.
