Just create a toolbar and put buttons. You know toolbars don't run lostfocus and gotfocus events... Toolbar control excellent for create an osc. keyboard..
Never tried that in VFP but it looks good.
The Keyboard in Retail Management System is customizable so it is useful for applications that only need minimum amount of keyboard input (for the reasons you named below). I'm not sure if that keyboard is available seperately for other application development.
