Thanks for the reply. I'm running XP. Since I posted this I have discovered it will always updates immediately if I change it within the Properties/Settings tab and rebuild. But if I change it by editing the XML it doesn't want to 'take', at least right away, for some reason. I have it set as a USER setting.
