c:\hi.mdb - it is an Access Database where you want your FoxPro table to import. With the appropriate provider available in your Access (I doubt there is still FoxPro.3, but probably you have Dbase... ) a table from foxpro table is supposed to be created automatically. If Dbase does not work, then you probably need to add ODBC there in Access list. You can check it while trying to import tables in Access from its menu.
