Last night I started running into a strange situation. I was trying to improve the look and feel of an application and one thing I did was try a different BackColor for a grid (using the BackColor property for each column). But I decided it did not look good. So I reset it to default. Closed the form, built the app, ran it, and the color was still there. Tried again, closed the form, answered yes to "save changes", opened the form, color was still there. Tried changing the BackColor on the textbox in the column. Clicked save button. Closed form, reopened, color was still there. A corrupted form perhaps? Perhaps, but everything else about the form works fine. Has anyone seen this? I haven't tried hacking the form to fix this, but that's next.
UPDATE: Nevermind. I didn't think I changed the grid's BackColor property, but I must have had the grid selected at some point and changed it thinking I was changing a column's BackColor. Anyway, that was the problem. It would be better to just delete this post, but I guess that's not an option these days.
