Yep. Just like the US Government - they have no money - owe trillions, and are committing to spending trillions more that they don't have.

And just wait - if the messiah becomes president the US government will be sending extra billions to former soviet bloc nations to bolster their economies so they don't become easy targets for Russia (per the debate last night).. How far in the hole is it possible to go? We may find out.
