First, you should uninstall VFP9, reinstall it and apply SP2. That's only reliable way to install SP2 correctly.

There're 2 hotfixes released. See http://www.berezniker.com/content/pages/visual-foxpro/vfp-90-versions. You'll have to contact MS support to get them.
