I'm creating some labels to print on a Zebra TLP 2844-Z printer. The label designer has always seemed a bit (or more than a bit) quirky to me. Today I created the label and have it set to 1 column, which is what it should be since it will print to a roll of labels with only one label width-wise. However, it appears it's printing like it thinks it's four up. Every 4th label prints. By that I mean that each label in succession is printed on - no labels are skipped - but only every fourth record from the file is printed. I get record 1, 5, 9, 13, etc.
It could be some printer setup thing, I suppose. I'll have to check into that, but I don't want to do it from VFP, since when I tried to select the Zebra printer, VFP would never let me set the width to more than 2 inches (these are 2.5 inche labels).
Anybody know why it might be behaving this way? I'm not saving the printer environment, BTW.
