I read an interview with the producer and the star. There will be some changes in the US version, but nothing that will dramatically change the series.

>I watched it last night. It was the first episode. I shouldn't have watched the UK version because now I already know the story line. In the first episode at least, it follows the UK version closely. The UK version was pretty good but I didn't watch all episodes. I tend to enjoy British mysteries more than American ones in general. I did watch the last 3 in sequence though so I'm hoping the US version doesn't have the same ending or it won't be a surprise. All in all, it was still pretty good. I think the US version has alittle more drama and action to it then the UK version (or at least the first episode did). There was alittle humour to it as well. There was a definite 'American spin' to it of course. I enjoyed the sights and attitudes of 1973. Strange to see it again. You might want to catch one episode and see if it is any more interesting to you than the UK version.
