Ebay publishes an API in various formats, including WSDL. The shopping WSDL is at http://developer.ebay.com/webservices/latest/ShoppingService.wsdl

Check out the VFP9 help topic How to: Access XML Web Services for directions on how to create and use a web service based on this WSDL. It generates fine: you can let us know if it works after being generated.
