I mean:
First, I edit a cell in row, for example "fist content" edited "second content" , after that I move to another row or another column. And these steps can be do more for editing. Then, I would like to take "fist content" again by press CTRL+U (undo).

Not sure if this is what you mean, but table buffering or row buffering may give you what you want?
