I agree with you in evals. I have seen evals at code camps, but not ones from Microsoft. As a Code Camp is not a Microsoft event, it would not be appropriate for MS evals.

Unless the audience is asked, preferably anonymously, how can you be honestly self-critical of your perfomance?
