Actually, as we know from our history, you will have to vote Dem if you want Congress to do anything since the majority if Dem. That is why the lowest approval rating in history on our current Congress. When the President is of the opposite party of the majority of Congress, Congress will stall and even stop acting. If by some remote chance McCain wins (not going to happen by a long shot), there will be the greatest stall in history in Congress (even worse than now) and attacks going both directions for the failure for change. Add to that the accusation that Obama lost due to his race, and the world will see the U.S. in an even worse light than they do now...
