Ok, after having initialized a trace, I have been able to collect some data. Basically, from the Web, when I execute that transaction which takes time, I obtain this:

CPU: 2547
Reads: 582068
Duration: 61 sec

And, this is for a query that returns zero record.

But, those data don't help me to find what I need to adjust in the way I define my SQLParameter object.
