Hi Ben,

Thanks for your considerations.

I'm really not sure if errors could happen because all variables are LOCAL, and always start with the prefix "ln" or "lc".

FoxCharts is also data driven.
Since the class initialization, it creates a cursor that is used all the time during the chart creation. It restores SELECT() to the original state only after the chart is drawn, so this way I also presume that unlikely confusions between variable names and table names will not happen.

Anyway, I agree that using " m. " would still be a good idea, providing an extra safety level for the class.
But I have to confess that this would be completely impossible at this time.

I'd be very grateful if you could participate on that.

Regards

Cesar

>I find that there is no "m." in all variables. Conflicts between variable names and field names are likely to be found in some projects upgraded from Fox2.6 (short field names). The new features provided by your great class will be an exciting enhancement to such old projects. There are also VFP projects (not a 2.6 upgrade) which does not follow Hungarian convention.

>>>I like it so far. Do you think there will be a training video available to help with the basics, and cover the advanced stuff?
>>>
>>>I can't wait, right now I have 4 charts on one form that update every 15 seconds. When you get ready to release it I will change to your graphing engine completely.

>>Hi Don,

>>In fact now we have many new samples.
>>In the main ones you'll find a "Properties" tab that shows you all the properties set for the chart you created there.
>>
>>Please have a look at the TXT that comes with the class, that contains more information about this.
>>
>>Each chart is being completed in about 0.120 seconds, so IMO they will work fine at your refreshing needed time.
